This girl is on fire! Kylie Jenner isn’t afraid to flaunt her physique to her hundreds of millions of Instagram followers — but who’s counting? The brunette beauty has been in the spotlight ever since she first appeared on Keeping Up With the Kardashians in 2007. Now, Kylie is a mom, a “self-made” almost-billionaire and a successful businesswoman, and she does it all while looking amazing.
Lately, the reality star has put in some solid fitness work to craft that tiny waist and those abs. In September 2020, Kylie showed off her insane booty gains in a selfie taken while working out in her home gym, which consists of equipment like medicine balls, cardio machines and a full set of dumbbells in various weights. In October 2020, she flaunted her toned tummy in a set of selfies while rocking a bra and sweatpants.
Though it is unclear exactly what the entrepreneur gets up to in the gym, we imagine her routine is probably similar to older sister Kim Kardashian‘s workout regimen. “We usually work out five days a week for about one hour, give or take,” the 40-year-old’s personal trainer, Melissa Alcantara, exclusively revealed to Life & Style in May 2020. A “typical day” for the Skims founder — who is on her fitness grind every day — is roughly “70 percent weights with 30 percent cardio.”
“We focus a lot on the basics with weight training, squats, bicep curls, tricep dips, lateral pull-downs, chest press,” the workout guru told the outlet while adding they “also incorporate high-intensity moves, like ball slams, burpees, sprints and ladder drills” to get the KKW Beauty founder’s heart rate pumping.
After giving birth to her daughter in February 2018, the E! personality struggled with getting her pre-baby body back. “With Stormi, I feel like people think that I bounced back super fast,” Kylie explained to her then-best friend Jordyn Woods in a July 2018 YouTube video. “Which, I guess I did, and that everything’s so perfect and people will get the wrong idea on Instagram sometimes.”
“You know, my boobs are definitely three times the size which bothers me, I have stretch marks on my boobs, my stomach isn’t the same, my waist isn’t the same, my butt’s bigger, my thighs are bigger,” she continued in the clip. “I really want to gain my core back. I feel like I have fake abs right now. It’s just like genetics, but I want real abs. I know I can have a super fit body — and just for my health. I want to do this and I want to feel good.”
